Rather predictable result in J.Hradec where BK Kolin (13-14) defeated BK Lions Hradec (1-24) 93-84 on Monday. BK Kolin shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Michal Vocetka (199-89, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds. Five BK Kolin players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Serbian center Ratko Petric (213-86) who recorded 23 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and American guard DeAndre Upchurch (188-91, college: Tarleton St.) added 18 points respectively. BK Kolin will meet at home USK Praha (#9) in the next round. BK Lions Hradec will play against NH Ostrava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
