Semi-Finals Game 1: Breidablik - Vestri 93-64

Breidablik fired past Vestri in the opener. The game was mostly controlled by Breidablik. Vestri managed to win third quarter 16-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Breidablik dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Vestri's 28. Breidablik forced 24 Vestri turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. American forward Chris Woods (195-89, college: Pfeiffer) fired a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Erlendur Stefansson (190-95, college: Black Hills St.) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Four Breidablik players scored in double figures. Breidablik's coach Larus Jonsson felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ingimar Baldursson (191-98) produced 23 points and 5 assists and forward Agust Angantysson (198-85) added 14 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
