Regular Season Round 26: Saint-Quentin - Challans 81-65

There was no surprise when 6th ranked Vendee Challans (15-11) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Saint-Quentin (18-8) 81-65 on Friday. Americans were the main players on the court. Guard BA Walker (184-84, college: VCU, agency: Inception Sports) scored 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Daviin Davis (193-85, college: Weber St.) chipped in 15 points during the contest. Four Saint-Quentin players scored in double figures. Guard Jordan Barham (193-94, college: Davidson) responded with 20 points and power forward Steffon Bradford (198-77, college: Nebraska) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Saint-Quentin maintains fourth position with 18-8 record. Vendee Challans at the other side keeps the sixth place with 11 games lost. Saint-Quentin will face league's leader Gries/Oberhoffen in Bischwiller in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Vendee Challans will play at home against ALS Basket (#11) and hope to win that game.
