The game between Top Four teams took place in Praha. Second ranked host USK Praha B (14-8) defeated 4th placed BK Prostejov B (10-12) 72-56. USK Praha B dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to BK Prostejov B's 30.
