Regular Season Round 27: La Fecha - Ardoi 78-68

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked Ardoi's (9-16) road loss to ninth ranked La Fecha (12-13) in Arroyo Encomienda 68-78 on Saturday. It was a good game for forward Arturo Sarmiento (193-94, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who led his team to a victory with 18 points. Guard Millan Lopez (185-94) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Power forward Jon Uriarte (201-85, college: Faulkner) answered with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds and naturalized Ukrainian forward Anton Savitski (196-86) added 15 points in the effort for Ardoi. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. La Fecha maintains ninth place in Group A-A with 12-13 record. Loser Ardoi stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. La Fecha will face league's second-placed Estela in Santander in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ardoi will play at home against BIOK2.COM OKE (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
