Rather predictable result in Porto where eleventh ranked Vasco (10-11) beat 13th ranked Angrabasket (8-14) 89-74 on Saturday. Vasco forced 19 Angrabasket turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Forward Paulo Vieira (192-94) stepped up and scored 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and forward Ricardo Alpuim (191-88) chipped in 9 points and 10 rebounds. Vasco's coach Manuel Romao used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was Guinea-Bissau guard Jorge Embalo (-99) with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and American point guard Deshaunt Walker (180-91, college: SF Austin, agency: Global Sports Management LLC) scored 23 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Vasco maintains eleventh place in Places 9-16 with 10-11 record. Loser Angrabasket keeps the thirteenth position with 14 games lost.
