Regular Season Round 25: Leitershofen - Muenchen OSB 70-81

Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked Muenchen OSB (13-10) defeated 9th ranked Topstar (8-15) in Diedorf 81-70 on Saturday. It was a very good performance for American guard Omari Knox (188-86, college: Bloomfield) who helped to win the game recording 39 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds. Forward Jermaine Lippert (203-90, college: Detroit Mercy) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Bosnian power forward Nedim Hadzovic (205-90) answered with 16 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized American forward Dominik Veney (198-87) added 3 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Topstar. Four Topstar players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Muenchen OSB maintains sixth place in South-East with 13-10 record. Loser Topstar keeps the ninth position with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
