Quarter-Finals Round 3: Guangsha L. - Shenzhen L. 101-89

Guangsha topped Shenzhen to gain 2-1 lead in the series. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Leopards' 36 and made 19-of-25 charity shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Leopards were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American point guard Courtney Fortson (180-88, college: Arkansas, agency: 3Eye) who led his team to a victory scoring 38 points (!!!), 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals. International center Jinqiu Hu (208-97) helped adding 11 points and 6 rebounds. Four Zhejiang Guangsha Lions players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Jared Sullinger (206-92, college: Ohio St.) with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists and guard LinYi Linyi (190-95) scored 17 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
