A very close game took place in Usti nad Labem between BK Usti nad Labem and BK Kolin. Eighth ranked BK Usti nad Labem (15-13) got a very close home victory over 7th ranked BK Kolin (15-15). BK Usti nad Labem managed to escape with a 3-point win 81-78 in the fight for the seventh place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BK Kolin. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) who recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and power forward David Machac (205-80) added 16 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Five BK Usti nad Labem and four BK Kolin players scored in double figures. BK Usti nad Labem moved-up to seventh place in Places 7-12. Loser BK Kolin dropped to the eighth position with 15 games lost. BK Usti nad Labem will meet USK Praha (#9) on the road in the next round. BK Kolin will play against NH Ostrava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
