Not a big story in a game when 17th ranked B&W Opava B (10-14) was outplayed on the road by fifteenth ranked BK Loko Plzen (12-12) 86-52 on Friday. BK Loko Plzen dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to B&W Opava B's 34. They outrebounded B&W Opava B 51-33 including a 35-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Jaroslav Lejsek (198-90) who scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Jan Zeman (180-95) chipped in 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four BK Loko Plzen players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Lukas Bukovjan (185-98) who recorded 13 points and 6 assists and forward Jakub Slavik (200-99) added 9 points and 11 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BK Loko Plzen have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to thirteenth place in Places 13-20, which they share with GBA Sparta. Loser B&W Opava B keeps the seventeenth position with 14 games lost. BK Loko Plzen will face Sokol Slapanice (#16) in Slapnice in the next round. B&W Opava B will play at home against Sokol Zizkov and hope to win that game.
