But Blackburn V. was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Mount Waverley 85-75 on Saturday night. Waverley Falcons had a 34-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Waverley Falcons made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was forward Chris Arkell (198-90) who scored 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Bradley Kelleher (182-86, college: Hofstra) chipped in 19 points.
