There was a minor upset when 8th ranked BK Kolin (15-16) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked NH Ostrava (12-17) 85-79 on Saturday. Serbian Strahinja Stojacic (197-92) fired 24 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. The former international forward Petr Bohacik (205-85) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and international swingman Petr Safarcik (193-94) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. NH Ostrava maintains tenth place in Places 7-12 with 12-17 record. Loser BK Kolin keeps the eighth position with 16 games lost. NH Ostrava are looking forward to face higher ranked BK Usti nad Labem (#7) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BK Kolin will play against BK Lions Hradec and is hoping to win this game.
