Second Stage Round 6: Novy Jicin - Nymburk B 90-68

The most important game in the last round took place in Novy Jicin between third ranked Nymburk B (14-10) and fifth ranked Novy Jicin (10-14) on Sunday night. Nymburk B was crushed by Novy Jicin on the road 90-68. Novy Jicin forced 21 Nymburk B turnovers. The best player for the winners was power forward Rostislav Pelikan (209-78) who scored 19 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Jiri Kovac (196-94) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Four Novy Jicin players scored in double figures. Novy Jicin's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
