HBA-Marsky upset Ura Basket on the road to even the title series. The game was mostly controlled by HBA-Marsky. Ura Basket was better in second period 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Forward Mikael Jantunen (203-0) notched a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and international forward Elias Valtonen (198-99) supported him with 16 points and 8 rebounds. HBA-Marsky's coach Antti Koskelainen allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 23 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals by guard Pyry Rainamaa (194-90) did not help to save the game for Ura Basket. American power forward Brian Moultrie (198-87, college: Armstr.Atlantic) added 21 points and 12 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for the hosts. Five HBA-Marsky and four Ura Basket players scored in double figures.
