Semi-Finals Game 2: Valur - Keflavik 87-80

Valur topped Keflavik for the second straight win in the series. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 39-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Valur outrebounded Keflavik 46-34 including 16 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American swingman Aaliyah Whiteside (183-94, college: Georgia Tech) had a double-double by scoring 31 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and international center Elin Hrafnkelsdottir (183-98) chipped in 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Whiteside is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Brittanny Dinkins (170-94, college: S.Mississippi) responded with 22 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals and international forward Thelma Agustsdottir (179-98) scored 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Valur and five Keflavik players scored in double figures.
