Quarter-Finals Round 2: Louaize - Homenetmen 68-94

Homenetmen topped Louaize to open 2-0 lead. Homenetmen dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Louaize's 38. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Louaize's players. The best player for the winners was U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican point guard Walter Hodge (183-86, college: Florida) who scored 16 points and 9 assists. International Elie Chamoun (193-94) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Australian-South Sudanese forward Deng Deng (203-92, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds and Edward Bechara (200) added 18 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
