We should not miss the game where eighth ranked Senigallia (16-12) against one of their biggest challengers Pescara (17-11) where Senigallia won at home by sixteen points 92-76. Senigallia outrebounded Pescara 38-27 including 23 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Pescara helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by naturalized Argentinian point guard Emiliano Paparella (184-83, agency: Players Group) who scored that evening 33 points (!!!) and 5 assists and forward Lorenzo Tortu (200-92) supported him with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Five Senigallia players scored in double figures. Even 23 points and 5 rebounds by forward Mathias Drigo (203-89, agency: Interperformances) did not help to save the game for Pescara. Guard Ennio Leonzio (191-94) added 14 points and 10 assists for lost side. Senigallia moved-up to fifth place in B, which they share with Forli Tigers. Pescara at the other side keeps the fourth position with 11 games lost. Senigallia's next round opponent will be Perugia (#15) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Pescara will play against Fabriano (#14) and hope to win that game.
