Soles de Mexicali earned LNBP title. They prevailed against Capitanes on the road to win the championship series 4-1. Soles looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Eugene Phelps (198-90, college: Long Beach St.) who scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
