Quarter-Finals Round 3: BC Nokia - Kataja Basket 92-80

BC Nokia beat Kataja to complete the sweep. BC Nokia made 28-of-29 charity shots (96.6 percent) during the game, while Joensuun Kataja only scored seven points from the stripe. They outrebounded Joensuun Kataja 44-31 including 34 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for Canadian guard Devoe Joseph (193-90, college: Oregon, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with 28 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian power forward Dragan Labovic (207-87, agency: Alti Sport) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds (went 12 for 12 at the free throw line !!!) for the winners. American swingman Wesley Saunders (196-93, college: Harvard) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import guard Daniel Bejarano (193-91, college: Colorado St.) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Joensuun Kataja. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
