Quarter-Finals Round 3: Homenetmen - Louaize 94-83

Homenetmen defeated Louaize to seal their next round appearance. Homenetmen forced 21 Louaize turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a good game for American swingman Sam Young (198-85, college: Pittsburgh) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Hayk Gyokchyan (203-90, college: Franklin & Marshall) contributed with 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Australian-South Sudanese forward Deng Deng (203-92, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Jimmy Salem (190-95) added 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Louaize. Four Homenetmen and five Louaize players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
