Norrkoping upset Boras on the road to open 2-0 lead in the series. It looked good early as Boras Basket took a 10-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Norrkoping Dolphins had a 28-10 second period charge getting the lead and Boras Basket was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 100-102. Norrkoping Dolphins made 20-of-23 charity shots (87.0 percent) during the game. The former international center Joakim Kjellbom (212-79, college: N.Arizona) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 13 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). American guard Gerry Blakes (193-93, college: Arizona St.) contributed with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international swingman Fredrik Andersson (202-93) replied with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and American Jyles Smith (209-92, college: Savannah St.) added 11 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks in the effort for Boras Basket. Four Norrkoping Dolphins and five Boras Basket players scored in double figures.
