Semi-Finals Game 4: Tindastoll - IR 90-87

Tindastoll held off IR to make their way into Finals. It looked good early as IR took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Tindastoll had a 26-18 second period charge getting the lead and IR was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 87-90. Tindastoll made 26-of-34 charity shots (76.5 percent) during the game. Strangely IR outrebounded Tindastoll 42-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. IR was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Antonio Hester (198-90, college: Mobile, AL) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. International point guard Sigtryggur-Arnar Bjornsson (180-93) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Hester is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American forward Ryan Taylor (196-92, college: Marshall) replied with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists and international point guard Matthias Sigurdarson (183-94, college: Columbus St.) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for IR. Four IR players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
