Five Caballeros de Culiacan and four Lobos UAD Mazatlan players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Caballeros de Culiacan moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Navolato. Lobos UAD Mazatlan at the other side dropped to the eighth position with six games lost. They share it with Los Mochis. Caballeros de Culiacan will meet at home bottom-ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (#10) in the next round. Lobos UAD Mazatlan will play against Pioneros Los Mochis and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
