Avenida cruised past Ferrol to advance into LFB Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Perfumerias Avenida. Universitario de Ferrol was better in fourth quarter 28-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Perfumerias Avenida dominated on the defensive end, holding Universitario de Ferrol to just 6 points in third quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Universitario de Ferrol's 30. They outrebounded Universitario de Ferrol 43-25 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Montenegrin-American forward Angelica Robinson (197-87, college: Georgia, agency: ProDep Management) scored 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Brazilian center Erika De-Souza (197-82, agency: ProDep Management) chipped in 18 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Perfumerias Avenida players scored in double figures. American swingman Alexis Prince (188-94, college: Baylor, agency: LBM Management) responded with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Canadian point guard Jamie Weisner (178-94, college: Oregon St., agency: LBM Management) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
