Quarter-Finals Round 3: Franca - Bauru 61-69

Date: April 21, 2018
Bauru upset Franca on the road to sweep the series. Vivo/Franca was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for the former international center Rafael Hettsheimer (206-86) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 16 rebounds. American point guard Kendall Anthony (173-93, college: Richmond) helped adding 20 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international Lucas Cipolini (206-86, college: BYU-Hawaii) with 16 points and 8 rebounds and the former international Jefferson Andrade (207-83) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Vivo/Franca's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
