Semi-Finals Game 1: Medvescak - Split 62-57

Medvescak held off Split to take advantage in the semifinal series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But ZKK Split won third quarter 16-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. ZKK Medvescak forced 20 ZKK Split turnovers. 26 personal fouls committed by ZKK Split helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Iva Borovic (170-88) who helped to win the game recording 28 points. International center Patricia Bura (188-96) contributed with 6 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Josipa Silov (171-98) answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds and guard Katarina Puljic (171-92) added 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for ZKK Split. ZKK Split's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
