Ragusa topped Venezia to even the series at 1-1. Ragusa outrebounded Venezia 42-29 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward Dearica Hamby (190-93, college: Wake Forest, agency: LBM Management) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and Senegalese-Spanish center Astou Ndour (198-94, agency: ProDep Management) supported her with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Even 18 points and 5 rebounds by international Martina Bestagno (189-90, agency: Two Points) did not help to save the game for Venezia. American point guard Riquna Williams (170-90, college: Miami, FL, agency: BeoBasket) added 12 points for the hosts. Venezia's coach Andrea Liberalotto rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
