BC Lulea defeated Sodertalje on the road to pave their way into Basketligan Finals. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 30-19. But Sodertalje Kings won second period 26-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when BC Lulea won last quarter 24-19. They made 17-of-18 free shots (94.4 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Brandon Rozzell (188-89, college: VCU) who scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import guard Quinton Upshur (196-93, college: N.Arizona) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four BC Lulea players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Croatian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82, agency: XL Basketball Agency) who recorded 24 points and 4 assists and the former international Martin Pahlmblad (195-86) added 20 points respectively.
