Kauhajoki topped BC Nokia to gain 2-1 lead. BC Nokia was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 28-20 charge of Kauhajoki, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) who scored 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Bosnian guard Bojan Sarcevic (190-88) chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Vincent Council (186-90, college: Providence) who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 assists and the other American import Leyton Hammonds (203-94, college: Oklahoma St., agency: Inception Sports) added 16 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Five Kauhajoki and four BC Nokia players scored in double figures.
