BK Pardubice held off visiting Usti nad Labem to reach the semifinal stage. BK Pardubice outrebounded BK Usti nad Labem 47-22 including a 34-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of international power forward Kamil Svrdlik (205-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. American swingman Brandon Spearman (191-91, college: Hawaii) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Spearman is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Forward Ladislav Pecka (197-91) answered with 15 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Donald Robinson (193-89, college: W.Virginia Tech) added 17 points (made all of his nine free throws !!!) in the effort for BK Usti nad Labem.
