Finals Game 4: KR - Tindastoll 89-73

KR overcame Tindastoll to celebrate Dominos League title. The victory marked the fifth straight Dominos League triumph for the team. The game was mostly controlled by KR. Tindastoll managed to win second period 21-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Tindastoll's 18. They outrebounded Tindastoll 48-32 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. International forward Kristofer Acox (198-93, college: Furman) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 15 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. The former international guard Pavel Ermolinskij (202-87) chipped in 9 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Four KR players scored in double figures. International guard Petur Birgisson (185-96) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists and international point guard Sigtryggur-Arnar Bjornsson (180-93) added 27 points respectively for lost side. Tindastoll's coach Israel Martin rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
