Rueil looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best for the losing side was naturalized Mali point guard Ibrahim Saounera (179-87) with 15 points and 8 assists and American guard Jordan Barham (193-94, college: Davidson) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four Rueil and five Vendee Challans players scored in double figures. Rueil maintains fourth place with 23-10 record. Loser Vendee Challans dropped to the seventh position with 16 games lost. Rueil will meet at home higher ranked Saint-Quentin (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Vendee Challans will play against the league's second-placed Saint Vallier (#2) and hope to secure a win.
