An interesting game for Rabotnicki (28-1) which hosted in Skopje 4th ranked Kumanovo (19-10). First ranked Rabotnicki had an easy win 109-76. Rabotnicki looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Kumanovo's players. Bulgarian Chavdar Kostov (195-88, agency: Interperformances) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points and 6 rebounds. The former international power forward Kiril Nikolovski (210-88) contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Rabotnicki players scored in double figures. International forward Marjan Janevski (203-88) replied with 21 points and 7 rebounds and Serbian forward Mirko Kovac (199-83) added 22 points in the effort for Kumanovo. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Rabotnicki maintains first position in Liga with 28-1 record. Kumanovo at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. Rabotnicki's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Skopje to the arena MZT Skopje.
