Niko-Basket edged Rivne to take 2-0 lead in the Bronze medals series. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Niko-Basket shot 25 for 42 from the free-throw line, while Rivne-OSHVSM only scored seven points from the stripe. They outrebounded Rivne-OSHVSM 57-40 including a 22-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. 30 personal fouls committed by Rivne-OSHVSM helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Nigerian-Russian center Aleksey Adediran (201-82, college: Binghamton) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds. Point guard Mykhailo Horobchenko (182-98) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Oleksandr Shepelev replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds and forward Anatoly Dubniuk (202-76) added 7 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Rivne-OSHVSM. Rivne-OSHVSM's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
