Geneve Lions rallied past Monthey to sweep the quarterfinal series. It was a good game for American guard Marquis Addison (195-91, college: Missouri So., agency: Inception Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Marko Mladjan (205-93) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four Geneve Lions players scored in double figures. Serbian center Uros Nikolic (207-87, agency: BeoExcell) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and naturalized Portuguese forward Kevin Monteiro (196-94) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Monthey. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
