The most surprising game was another loss of top-ranked Novaschool (15-13) on the court of eighth ranked San Fernando on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by San Fernando 65-59. San Fernando shot 23 for 35 from the free-throw line, while Novaschool only scored five points from the stripe. San Fernando had a 32-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for Jose Ruiz (200-97) who led his team to a victory with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Center Diego Gallardo (198-89) contributed with 8 points and 10 rebounds for the winners.
