Leiden topped Zwolle on the road in the opener. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 23-16 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Leiden dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Zwolle's 32. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Carrington Love (186-94, college: Green Bay) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. Center Clayton Vette (202-88, college: Winona St., agency: Court Side) contributed with 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Forward Noah Dahlman (201-89, college: Wofford) answered with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and forward Franko House (198-94, college: Ball St.) added 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Zwolle.
