Semi-Finals Game 4: Mogi - Flamengo 89-72

Mogi outgunned Flamengo to reach Finals. Flamengo was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 53-35 second half run of Mogi. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized American Shamell Stallworth (195-80, college: USF) who helped to win the game recording 40 points (!!!) (made all of his eight free throws) and the former international point guard Larry Taylor (185-80, college: Missouri Western) who added 12 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals during the contest. At the losing side the former international center Anderson Varejao (211-82) responded with 25 points and 8 rebounds and Venezuelan point guard David Cubillan (181-87, college: Marquette, agency: Pro Sports) scored 11 points and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
