Semi-Finals Game 2: Albacete - Real Canoe 66-75

Real Canoe overcame Albacete for the second straight victory. It looked good early as Albacete took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Real Canoe had a 19-14 second period charge getting the lead and Albacete was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 66-75. Albacete was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Jose-Miguel Perez (202-96) notched a double-double by scoring 17 points and 17 rebounds to lead the effort and swingman Ruben Martinez (196-85) supported him with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Four Real Canoe players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 8 rebounds by Cuban forward Georvys Elias (199-81) did not help to save the game for Albacete. American center Babatunde Olumuyiwa (203-92, college: USC Upstate) added 9 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Albacete's coach Alfredo Galvez rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
