Finals Game 6: Al Riyadi - Homenetmen 90-86

Al Riyadi outlasted Homenetmen to even things up at 3-3 in the exciting championship series. Al Riyadi outrebounded Homenetmen 38-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. It was a good game for American guard Shannon Shorter (193-89, college: N.Texas) who led his team to a victory with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Mohamad Haidar (201-90, college: Michigan Tech) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican point guard Walter Hodge (183-86, college: Florida) replied with 34 points (!!!) and American swingman Sam Young (198-85, college: Pittsburgh) added 15 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Homenetmen. Five Al Riyadi and four Homenetmen players scored in double figures.
