Finals Game 2: Lobas - Aztks 72-58

Lobas recorded the second straight win in LMBPF Finals. They coasted past visiting Aztks to step closer to the trophy. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 16-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-58. Lobas forced 21 Aztks turnovers. American forward Carolee Dillard (188-94, college: UALR) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. The other American import guard Aliyah Kilpatrick (173-94, college: N.Carolina A&T) contributed with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. Four Lobas players scored in double figures. Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-84) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 17 rebounds and Cuban center Klavdia Calvo (186-83) added 12 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Aztks. Aztks' coach A Fernandez rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
