Kutaisi outlasted visiting Rustavi to ensure Superleague Finals berth. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Energy Invest won fourth quarter 21-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kutaisi made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international Akaki Dvalishvili (207-91) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Five Energy Invest players scored in double figures.
