Very important is a road loss of second ranked Redbacks (11-4) against fourth ranked Senators (9-6) on Friday night. Visiting Redbacks were defeated by Senators in a tough game in Perth 89-94. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Shawn Redhage (203-81, college: Arizona St.) with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists and American forward Maurice Barrow (196-92, college: Fairfield) scored 25 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Senators maintains fourth position in League with 9-6 record. Loser Redbacks keep the second place with four games lost. Senators will meet league's leader Wanneroo in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Redbacks will play against Suns in Kalamunda and hope to secure a win.
