Lietuvos Rytas upset Neptunas away from home to level things up in the series. The game without a history. Lietuvos rytas led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Neptunas to an opponent 22.4 percent shooting from the field compared to 38.6 percent accuracy of the winners and made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Greek center Loukas Mavrokefalidis (207-84) notched 18 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and American guard Chris Kramer (191-88, college: Purdue) supported him with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Even 7 points and 10 rebounds by power forward Simas Galdikas (203-87) did not help to save the game for Neptunas. International forward Edgaras Zelionis (207-89) added 6 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
