Fos-Provence held off Rouen to take the lead in the semifinal series. SPO Rouen trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 30-19 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-79 at the end of the game. Provence Basket dominated on the defensive end, holding SPO Rouen to just 7 points in first quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to SPO Rouen's 26. They outrebounded SPO Rouen 42-23 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for Bahamas forward Jaraun Burrows (203-85, college: IPFW) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Power forward Pierre Pelos (205-92) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American Amin Stevens (203-90, college: Florida A&M) answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds and Nigerian-British guard Obi Emegano (190-93, college: ORU) added 19 points in the effort for SPO Rouen. Four SPO Rouen players scored in double figures.
