Finals Game 2: Neptunas - Lietkabelis 69-83

Lietkabelis rallied past Neptunas to take the lead in the Bronze medals series. The game was mostly controlled by Lietkabelis. Neptunas was better in fourth quarter 22-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international center Darjus Lavrinovic (212-79) notched 19 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Donatas Tarolis (202-94, agency: Interperformances) supported him with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Even 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!) by the former international guard Tomas Delininkaitis (190-82) did not help to save the game for Neptunas. International forward Edgaras Zelionis (207-89) added 15 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
