Argentina bettered Dominican Republic to stay in the title quest in Saint Catharines. Marcos Giordano delivered 35 points to pace the winners. Argentina fired 31 points in the opening frame to take a 17-point lead. Argentina maintained the lead in the second half to rally to the win. Juan Ignacio Marcos had 14 points for the winning side. Alanzo Frink replied with 27 points and 7 rebounds for Dominican Republic.
