A very close game took place in between Ndejje and City Oilers. Tenth ranked Ndejje (3-5) got a very close home victory over higher ranked City Oilers (6-3). Ndejje managed to escape with a 1-point win 59-58 on Friday evening. Gauthier Baderha notched 15 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and M Buluma supported him with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Ndejje's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds by Burundian forward Landry Ndikumana (198-95) did not help to save the game for City Oilers. The former international point guard Benjamin Komakech (187-86) added 22 points. Ndejje moved-up to ninth place. Defending champion City Oilers dropped to the third position with three games lost. They share it with Our Saviour. Ndejje will meet league's second-placed KIU Titans in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. City Oilers will play against Sharing Youth and hope to secure a win.
