Chivilcoy Racing claimed Torneo Federal crown. They cruised past Olimpico Ceres to sweep the championship series. Chivilcoy Racing dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Olimpico's 26. Chivilcoy Racing forced 24 Olimpico turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Olimpico's players. Carlos Paredes (192-92) scored 23 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Alejo Barrales (175-91) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Chivilcoy Racing players scored in double figures. Point guard Milton Vittar (186-91) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and point guard German Gonzalez (188-92) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
