Obregon claimed the third victory in the series versus Navolato. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Garra Canera de Navolato's 34. They outrebounded Garra Canera de Navolato 43-25 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Garra Canera de Navolato's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Jimmy Hall (203-94, college: Kent St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import forward Ishmael Hollis (203-92, college: N.Georgia) contributed with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Halcones de Ciudad Obregon players scored in double figures. Naturalized American guard Martin Samarco (190-85, college: Bowling Green) replied with 20 points and 5 assists and American guard Hameed Ali (188-93, college: Texas A&M-CC) added 19 points in the effort for Garra Canera de Navolato. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
